I have pcos. My periods are normal from the past few months as I have stopped intake of alcohol. But I am not able to reduce weight. What exercises and diet can be helpful?

Ms. Lybrate-user. You bmi is just around 28 that means you come under the category of overweight. You have to avoid oilly and fried food, roots, milk products, aeriated drinks, fast foods and cocunuts. Do regular exercises in the for of walking 4-k in one hr or swimming, or play out door games.
