At this age this is a serious thought process. You are going through a spurt in your male sex hormone and because off which you will have three distinct changes that will last for two years: you will become sexually active, you will be aggressive and rebellious, & you will suffer from acne and pimple problems. Simultaneously, it looks like some unresolved childhood issues regarding anger is seeking a resolution. If you think too much into the future you will become scared, and if you think too much into the past you will become angry and sad. Focus on the here and now: check for mindfulness exercises on youtube. Death has never been a solution: what a loss of life! if you visit a geriatric hospital, you will see very old people striving to live a little longer. You have a huge future and must prepare yourself for it from now on. You must eat well, sleep well, do vigorous exercises and live stress-free. If this persists, do visit a counselor and talk about your emotions.

Exam time is very stressful. Sometimes some students are not able to handle exam anxiety. So as you prepare to give your exam, please also prepare yourself to manage your anxiety and self doubt.
