I am having numbness in my both hands and feet since 1 year. On doctor recommendation taken vitamin12 injections but to no avail. Please suggest which type of doctor to contact and which tests needs to be done. I am 42 years woman having high bp since last 15 years. I am 74 kg. Taking olmetime20 tablet daily for bp control. Should physical exercises needs to be done or not. Please advise.
