From last 3 months I am taking treatment from ayurvedic Dr. For my tongue issue. As per him its tongue ulcer. But I did not observed any improvement from his medicines. Issue I am facing. Both corners of my tongue has having some black color spot and white patches. I eat spicy but still it didn't pain. But sometimes its paining not every time. I need to know whether its ulcer or any other disease. As per my ayurvedic Dr. its due to excessive heat in my body. But I need second opinion as I am not getting any improvement in the tongue health. Please help me as soon as possible.
