Mam, I had still birth at 27 weeks on 4th feb 2019 due to my bp and blood clot after that my gynae did apla and fibrinogen test in that apla is negative but fibrinoen 4.09 so she prescribed me ecosprin and folate tablets still am using them my blood group is b-ve after delivery they gave anti d injection also my question is if I get pregnant again can I use ecosprin in my pregnancy again can I get still birth am afraid of that please answer me please.

Hello.. It’s unfortunate but don’t worry.. After optimisation of your health condition, try for pregnancy again.. Yes you can take ecosprin, it do reduce the risk of hypertension in pregnancy and decreased fetal growth.. Ensure you do your antenatal check up regularly , with monitoring of your BP , weight, investigations like USG with NT and dual marker for Down syndrome, Targeted imagining for fetal anomalies and other necessary blood investigations..
