I have this metabolic syndrome n I am on metformin 500 bd since 3 years but in between had stopped taking neurobion tablets and now I am having tingling numbness in hands and legs. So do I need to take vitamin b complex injection if yes how many? And if no then what should I do? And yes I can?t concentrate on my studies too.
