I suggest you to go for proper dental treatment. As painkiller does not cure cavity. They just numb the affected part for few hours. And it can affect more teeth if left untreated.

Hello, Kindly do not take any pain killer without the doctors consent. I would advice you to visit a dentist and get the cavities filled as the pain will keep increasing till the time you are not getting them treated. Thanks.
