I am a 28 year old female. Over the past two weeks i've been experiencing heart palpitations which are increasing in frequency. The palpitations arise more on after i've eaten something and when I lie down. Also, there is a tightness in the throat and chest and it feels like something is stuck in the throat. Palpitations are not new to me as I keep feeling them every once in a while but over the past days, i'm aware of them almost all day. Could this turn life threatening?
