I'm 24 years old and unmarried girl. I had laparoscopic surgery 6 months before and I'm now taking dinofirst2 mg tablet for 6 months (completed). Sometimes spotting and period started with abdominal pain and clots rarely. When heavy period is started I taken trapic 500 mg. Now my ultrasound scan report is minimal fluid within endometrium cavity and thickness is 3 mm only. I asked to my doctor please change my medicine dinofirst 2 mg. Prescribe me primolut n or femilon tablet. But she don't prescribe me. What is the reason? What is told my scan report. I need answers from allopathy.

It's ok to stop dinofirst. Fluid in endometrium can be reevaluated next month. It may disappear on its own. And femilon is a totally acceptable alternative to dinofirst in your case. But it has to be taken continuously for three months without any break of a single day to keep endometriosis in check.
