My mother fell from steps in garden and she had a swollen thigh with pain. We applied arnica gel and she had few drops of arnica 30. Post that she is applying ice pack since last 2 days but the clotted blood under her thigh skin is just getting worst day by day. Please, can you advise if there is internal bleeding or something else. Do we need to see a doctor or it will go naturally.
