You can use your mental & physical health up to optimum level only when you are healthy. You must take your regular diet 3-4 hours interval. Don't skip your breakfast within 30 minutes rising from bed. Drink when you are thirsty. Just take a sleep when you are sleepy. Don't try to manipulate your health's demand. You must get result with in a few days. Don't forget to convey the same massage to your near one that I told you. It is your duty & responsibility to get and keep you healthy & productive and your near & dear one also.
