Hello first I have stress and anxiety problem and due to this I think a lot for things and sometimes I think very negative for me and for everything and after sometimes I think positive and I will be positive for the same things and nowadays I very much take stress for upcoming marriage life and how my sex life after marriage and I also want deaddiction from smartphone, so please tell me how I overcome problem of stress, anxiety and how I de-addicted from more use of smartphone?
