Dear sir/madam, this is to inform that my mother age 47 years and weight 80 app. Is having problem in urination, and pain in stomach region. She visited to gynaecologist. In the first visit, she was prescribed utiflush (1�2 for 3 days) and told for few test ultrasound, urine culture. Hb, pep smear, ecg. In ultrasound report, uterus size was 112*75*70 mm and showing multiple fibroids in anterior and posterior wall and the largest fibroid was in anterior wall size is 30*39 mm. Endometrial thickness is 8 mm. In second visit, she added niftas 100 mg tab along with utiflush for 7 days. In third visit she told for mammography test and told for uterus removal and wrote all test to be done before surgery. Would like to know the opinion and also, if there is any medication treatment that can help to remove uterus fibroids without need to remove uterus.
