My Father is about 78 years old, first time he had having cerebrovascular accident (CVA) in 2003, his treatment was going from AIIM Delhi, but from last 6 months, he is not in any supervision of doctors, now a days he is under huge trouble, don't know what he want to say, watch, and understand, every time, abusing to others, do not understand the things, now he is alone in a village i. E. UTTRAKHAND. What we have to do? please advice.
