Hi. I missed one birth control pill a few weeks ago, and had sex a few days later. We used a condom and he ?pulled out? way before he finished. However, my period should?ve been here a few days ago, I believe. I have a tiny bit of brown-ish color on the toilet paper when I use the bathroom, but that?s only lasted about an hour, on and off. Not sure if that?s my period or implantation bleeding. I?m paranoid, despite all of the precautions used? I?ve had a stomachache for over a week now, and my stomach makes rumbling noises. My placebo pills ended on Saturday night, and still no period.

If you are on regular intake of birth control pills and missed just one tablet, and continued for the rest of the month as suggested in the dosage of the pills, you will not be pregnant. No one can say if it was implantation without knowing more details about your periods cycle. I advise you to do urine test to get rid of your paranoia.
