I am 50 yrs old female.I am weighing 100kgs and have slipped disc since last two yrs .I get severe pain in my left leg and lower back . Another problem area are my knees.I went for nerve block last year was slightly better.But currently it has increased . Kindly suggest.

Dear First to reduce weight at physiotherapy occupational therapy centre under observation as you have PIVD. Simultaneously you may take therapy for back pain too. If you have Patience then surely you may reach to your destination without surgery. Every slipped disc patient not necessary to go for surgical intervention. It is needed when all conservative methods failed.
