Hi, recently I had a full stomach pain (not concentrated at right lower abdomen). Doctor prescribed some antibiotics and suggested for ultrasound. Antibiotics helped me get rid of my pain. Then I went for ultrasound and got diagnosed with 13 mm appendicitis. Please suggest whether I should go for surgery or antibiotics can help me avoid any surgery.
