You need to balance her meal. Due to this fever, it happens. But you have to take care a lot for her. Add vitamin c rich food in her diet likewise kiwi is a very good option you can add. Kiwi works as a antibiotic in the body. Add more of liquids and juices during the day. Proper fluid intake should be there. Seasonal fruits and vegetables should be there. Small and frequent meals should be added at every 2 hourly.
