I have a piece of white and red circular flesh in the inner corner of my eye. It has been developing gradually since 6 years and nowadays it itches so much. I hope its not a tumour "in" my eye. Please consult.

You have pinguecula and it will resolve with drops from a ophthalmologist. You usually don't need any type of treatment for a pinguecula unless it causes discomfort. If your eye does hurt, your doctor can give you eye ointment or eye drops to relieve redness and irritation. You can talk to your doctor about having the pinguecula surgically removed if its appearance bothers you.
