I am a software developer so I used to work for 9 hours on chair. So i have started gym few weeks back . I am experiencing a back pain from past 3 days. What should I do ?

Give some rest to your body, if pain goes away then ask trainer to go slow on you focus on only body weight exercises in the beginning then start with weights. Evenn after rest pain continues then see a physio.
