I have vomit feeling and acidity problem last 10 days as I had treatment of typhoid but today I have done ultrasound for myself as all is ok but impression is small hemangioma in right lower of liver. What does it means? Please suggest I'm nervous. All kindly and gall bladder spleen bladder are ok.

The liver lesion should have been by birth and as you are asymptomatic for it and hence nothing needs to be done for now

Hemangioma of liver are benign lesions. Follow-up ultrasound can be done after every 6 months to confirm whether the size of liver is stable or not.
