HI. I am 24 yr old male. Whenever I took food, I feel very sleepy in just 10 minutes. I don't understand why is it happening. Sometimes I had to sleep for half hour and then I can work whole night. It was started around 6 month ago. I thought it can be because of my daily routine but I changed it too. Nothing happened. Please help me to overcome this problem. Thank you.

Normally one feels sleepy after a meal in the day time if he is used to it. But if you want to overcome it just try to break the habit of sleeping after meal. It may be uncomfortable for 2-3 days but you will overcome it.You require 7-8 hours of sleep in the night to remain healthy.Don't stay awake in the night.
