I am at metmorphin 500 once a day and linagliptin 5 mg and maintain a level of 105/ 140 empty/ full stomach sugar level. Off late I have increased belly size. I do walk for an hour every day. Diet is 3 times vegetarian only. Please advise to reduce belly fat.
