You have to check upi her thyroid level and blood cbc and if everything is normal, she can take pills which increase milk like lactare capsule. Make sure that you do not bottle feed the child and instead, feed from a cup with spoon after sucking at breast which is good stimulation for like formation. Above all she has to keep a calm mind and should not get anxious as all these emotions will further decrease milk formation. Good luck.
