Sir I am 45 years old I have cholesterol for fast five years and my level of cholesterol is 368 sir I feel that my joints ache at the night and I not able to work properly in office sometimes I feel unconscious and I have slept in my office it self can you help me out regarding my regular exercises so that I can cure as soon as possible.

For control high cholesterol eat whole grain foods, green veg., juice, plenty of water at least 8 glass of water in a day. Avoid high cholesterol foods, oily, fatty, junk, fast foods, foods from out sided, Go for walk daily, do yoga, cycling, any good exercise, avoid stress, try to take good sleep at night. Checkup your body by blood tests and physical examination at regular time.
