I am losing my muscles. Within 2 years my weight is drop down form 81 to 66. I did working out in gymm. For weight loss. Unfortunately lost muscle too. Now my muscles are weak and soft .what can I do to regain muscle size. I am taking good diet. Eat chicken eggs .milk. Curd.inspite of this my muscles are soft loose and small.
