Hello doctor I feel my body temperature will be always high as compared to others because whenever I shake hand with any one they tell your hands are hot you may be suffering with bone fever like that. And this is since so many years. My question is how can I know whether I have bone fever or what is the reason for the hotness in my body, and how to overcome this.

Hot palms are not necessarily a diseased condition. It is a variation in circulation that causes this warmth palms and soles. It has got nothing to do with fever. Check your temperature on a thermometer at I'm sure it will be normal. There are some things you need to rule out though like alcohol abuse, liver and kidney disease, local infection etc. For further evaluation and medication Consult online in private.

If this temperature is not detectable on thermometer then you don't have fever. Its that some people have warm hands always. There is nothing wrong in this. Or you can do cbc, thyroid profile from some lab.
