My son (18 months old) was having cold from sometime. And then he got fever from yesterday mrng. I am giving him crocin 120 syrup 6 ml every 5.5 hrs. His fever is ranging from 102 to sometimes 103.3. His fever starts from 3.5 hrs after the paracetamol dose and rises to 102-103 by the time it's 5 hrs. He seems to be spitting the medicine too. Weight - 10.5 kg. How to reduce his fever? Other.medicines giving now - mox 6 ml morning and night for 6 days (on 2nd day today)
