My daughter is diagnosed with pcod. Doctor has prescribed meprate 10 mg for 5 days which completed on 15 th feb yesterday she got her period I just want to take your opinion that Dr. has asked to take ovral l for 3 months to be started from 3 rd day of her period. This is ok? Apart she?s taking pco care 1 tab after breakfast syrup suhagra tablet b long f once daily pl advice.

Yes she can take it .besidrs taking the medicines she should bring changes in her lifestyle .do regular exercises and brisk walking daily for 30 minutes . Eat a healthy balanced diet .restrict intake of carbohydrates and fsts .do not take junk and fried food .carbonated drinks and packed juices . Eat lots of green leafy vegetables and salads
