Hi, I am 23 years old. I feel pain in my left shoulder not pain exactly more of a sensations mostly after dinner it is happening from past one month and when it happens I feel like vomiting and nauseous.

R you a student? You have to check your left trapezius muscle. Palpate that muscle n if you feel any tenderness n pain around that area you have to go for your nearby physiotherapist. Sometime your shoulder and neck muscle become tight and it gives pressure to cervical nerves. This may sometime cause nausea sensation.
