Good morning doctor, My concern that my height 168 and weight 86 kg. I need to reduces my weight to 60. Guide me with diet and exercise. I practice exercise but after some day I got pain in back. Daily I used to have exercise for 20 min. Please help me. I lost my courage and confident every day. Stomach is bulge and leg tie are large that solve kindly help me doctor thanking you.
