Hello sir meri age 16 .i am a girl .sir mai bahoot ptli dikhti hu by face bhi aur by body bhi mere cheeks bahoot ptle hai .sir mujhe koi achi si diet btaiye jisse mera weight bhi gain ho aur face aur body fat bhi ho .sir mujhe kitna roti chawal khana chahiye please suggest me .mere cheeks bahoot ptle hai mujhe gaal bhare bhare gol bnane hai .isi vajah se mujhe dark circles bhi hai. Please btaye mujhe kitna roti chawal khana chahiye mera weight 39 hai aur badh bhi nhii raha .i request sir please koi exercise bhi btaiye jisse mera face mere cheeks gol matol ho jaye aur body bhi healthy ho jaye.
