Toothache of front tooth but no cavities seen so far. And spreading pain from 1 tooth to another. Kindly give some suggestion to reduce this pain n also took some medicines that are for infection.

Kindly get an x-ray done of the tooth having pain. May be you will have to get root canal treatment done followed by a cap /crown. Medication will give you temporarily relief. Kindly visit your dentist and get the required treatment done. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.
