I feel serious headache pain regularly. I've been suffering from it about 10 years. Last 2/3 year's I feel it almost everyday. And also my nerves of head become sweat and create serious pain around the head from right side to back. As medicine I used to take tufnil (tolfenamic acid 200 mg, also sometimes I take fluvir (flunarizine 10 mg), flurium, norium, paracetamol medicines like those, but it's work for a moment. Last time I consulted with a doctor, he suggested me to have a mri test. What would you suggest?

No need for mri you have a lifestyle disease which does not need any medicines and can be reversed naturally through lifestyle changes only medicines will not work for any lifestyle disease. They only put a temporary fix and do not cure permanently. Change diet and lifestyle first .next change your doctor also if he is not spending enough time and not educating you and is only medicating you your doctor has to treat the root cause of the headache and not the symptom -headache alone. The cause for the headache may not be in your head it can be due to problems arising elsewhere in the body like gastrointestinal issues, bp ,food sensitivity, stress, eye, sinus problems ,environmental toxins. They can be the cause either alone or in combination. Always take second opinion if you do not want to get misguided. .the triggers for headache are many which includes chemicals in food, water, kitchen, laundry, toilet, cosmetics and others inside your house master health or whole body checkups done in in hospitals and high tech labs are incomplete the test are not focused on the root cause and the whole patient. They are only and mostly focused on the disease or symptoms you have. Your lab results may be normal but you are still abnormal and continue to have symptoms. .No doctor does this disease reversal in india by diet and lifestyle changes alone like what I do because they are only interested in medicating you and not educating you. Take a. Consultation after sending feedback with name and contact number .find the triggers of your headache and treat the root cause of headache.
