Right ovary size 42.1 cm, multiple follicles are seen size 5 to 8 mm and left ovary size 3.92 cm, multiple follicles are seen size 5 to 7 mm (before taking letrozole medicine) right ovary - circular echoluscent lesion is seen size 35 mm, left ovary is normal in size small follicles are seen size 5 to 7 mm (after taking letrozole medicine) can you tell me the result and will it effects to get pregnant?
