I am having a cavity in wisdom teeth and doctor said that it has been reached to the nerve and the tooth has to be removed. Is there any way to recover?

No.
A root canal treatment of the tooth may be done. Consult the doctor again and ask if the tooth can be saved with a root canal treatment.
Mr. lybrate-user, you can meet a root canal specialist and get the root canal treatment done for your cavity problem. But it is generally not advised to save the wisdom teeth if there is no opposing tooth present, or if they are not in contact with each other or if your tooth is submerged in the bone partially or completely.
You may go for rct if possible but it's usually not recommend better get it removed
