Only concern in your case is a low HDL level. We have very limited option to raise HDL. Some oof these arre as below 1. Regular exercise at least 40 minutes per day. 2. Regularly take 5 almonds and 1 walnut daily. 3. Use flax seeds daily. 4. If you are non vegetarian you can use fatty fish at least thrice a week.
