I'm 57 kgs and 5 feet 4 inches tall my bmi is 27 everything is fine but I want to burn my belly fat and arm fat. What should I do? I've been doing regular 8 kms walk in the evening too with regular meals.

include whole pulses and legumes like rajmah ,channa ,soya and rongi are rich in fibre use them regularly . include complex carbohydrate foods like oatmeal,fruits, and vegtable ,foods to avoid simple carbohydrate such as sugar, bread, cookie etc
