I am 22 male. Ultrasound reported chronic cystitis (inflammation of bladder 3.7 mm) and urine culture and routine urine test didn't detected any bacteria or infection. What it can be? I don't have pain or burning sensation. I have only frequent urination problem. Doctor to whom I consulted is giving me uti medicines and it's not improving my condition. Please help me. Can it be cured?

You need to do further investigation to find out exact cause. Do this drink plenty of fluids (preferably water) go to the toilet whenever you need to wipe your bottom from front to back (not from back to front) avoid irritating your anus while washing ? use water and avoid using soap pee after sex in order to remove any bacteria transferred during sex.
