Sir, I am 30 years female. My problem is anal fissure. Lot of pain and burning sensation after bowel movement I can't bear that pain sir. Present I am using cremaffin stool softener and ampilox 500 mg tablets and proctocydal bd cream sir please suggest best tablets and cream for reducing pain and healing fissure.

Along with this; you should also take sitz bath (hot water tub bath) 2-4 times daily followed by application of some healing and soothing ointment or coconut oil. Anal fissure can be treated very well with medicines, diet and lifestyle changes. High fibre diet. Salads green vegetables fruits. Plenty of fluids. Sits baths twice daily.
