Hi, I am 21 year old due to some personal emotional problems have been very sedentary through 1 year except working out .one day I had some pop inside my body with a pain for 5 mins which went away and now few days ago I have low to mild pain in main in my right butt cheek only when I bend down but with 3-4 bending it goes away too and it also also pains when I get up from laying down or sitting (when I lift hips up in air).
