First, dont eat for 2. That is an old concept and the main cause for weight gain and loss of shape etc. Eat healthy foods, lots of fruits and vegetables. Have milk/curds. The first 3 months you may not feel like eating much, and that is ok. Eat when hungry and what you feel like. Avoid sweets, fried foods, cakes, bakery foods etc. Have them very occasionally. Finally have happy thoughts and positive thoughts about the outcome of the
pregnancy. All will be fine.
