I am 21 years male I got a leg bruish by hitting myself in stairs in my calf muscles. I applied ice packs and the swelling reduced leaving a slight bump on my leg but the bruises now appear on my ankle tissues where there was no injury.

Lean forward at the ankle while bending the right knee and keeping your heel on the ground. Hold this for 30 to 60 seconds. Repeat 10 times a twice a day.
