Hi lybrate-user, looks like you may have migraine. Migraine headache usually has a trigger. The most common trigger is stress, there may be dietary triggers as well. Since you complained of headache after reading, another possible diagnosis may be convergence insufficiency which can be ruled out by performing muscle balance test at an eye hospital nearby. Ensure you are well hydrated, read with adequate light, avoid reading from mobile phones, take frequent breaks and manage stress. That will reduce the frequency of migraine. You could consult a neurologist or general physician for migraine prophylaxis (drugs to avoid getting a headache/reduce the intensity)
