Hello Sir, I want to discuss some health issues. My age is 22. And my weight 67. My problem is that whenever I lose my weight to 50, by doing exercise and following a diet plan, and then when I'm perfectly able to see myself smart, I eat whatever I want. I don't eat much but when I leave exercise and come to my regular basis, I gain lots of weight again. I don't know what to do. Please tell me and guide me honestly about what can I do as a natural treatment or something else so that I can't gain weight by eating even less.

Losing weight by diet and exercising is easy. Maintaining that weight is more difficult. If you keep repeating the schedule of losing weight and then stop exercising once you think is okay, your body will soon develop resistance for exercising. You must continue doing exercising even if you weight has turned out to 50. You can eat what all you like, but don't stop exercising.

This is the general problem with everybody. When you are exercizing you tend to loose more muscles than fat. So you have to replenish your protein loss by taking protein supplements. You should never give up on exercise all of a sudden, but fase it out slowly while continuing to take high protein diet. You should take only 10gms of oil and fats with lot of fruits and veggies.
