I feel like light heaviness or something like pain inside my vagina during orgasm in intercourse or forplay from last month. I am also suffering from hormonal imbalance since 2 years. Please suggest me guideline am felling depressed by thinking all these things.

Hello- Vaginal pain during orgasm or during sex may be due to vaginismus. Vaginismus is involuntary contraction of muscles around the opening of the vagina in women with no abnormalities in the genital organs. The tight muscle contraction makes sexual intercourse or any sexual activity that involves penetration painful or impossible. It can be cured by the help of herbal muscle relaxants and aphrodisiac supplements which make vaginal muscle tone normal.
