From past few months the urine is smelly in the morning, later as the day passes it becomes ok, but from last 2 days the urine is dark and smelly, today it has 2 blood clots like things in urine. Back pain is there. No weight loss, no other problem. Had fever thrice in past 4-5 months not for long duration. At that time the urine report came normal. No pain or burning while urinating. Feeling of full bladder is there. Sometimes the pressure while I urinate is low. Please advice what this could be? Or what initial test I should go for?
