Hello, yes you will definitely lose your weight by following simple tips, 1. Drink water 10 glass/per day. 2. Have brisk walk at least 1 hour. 3. Have a sleep maximum 7-8 hours. 4. Dont eat junk food. Rest need your health history for proper diet.
