Dear, It seems you have Viral upper respiratory tract infection. plz take Tab Solvin cold for fever. Avoid other analgesics. Take rest, take plenty of fluid. Get some investigation like CBC with kit test for malaria, RFT, LFT done. Start antibiotic like Zifi 200 twice daily and Azee 500 once daily to avoid superadded bacterial infection. If you belong to Delhi, Gujarat, Rajasthan or Madhya pradesh then you are swine flu suspect category B. so get investigated for the same too. Best wishes.
