I want to lose my weight right now 92 kg and in morning I am walking 3 km daily. Not eating rice my morning breakfast is haldi milk and 3 chapati and in lunch fish, 5 chapati, salad,and butter milk. And in dinner haldi milk and 4 chapati pls give me suggest.

hi..skipping rice alone wont help u to reduce weight...its very important to follow a diet plan that s healthy too n also aids in reducing weight..split ur meals into 3..eat only wen hungry..avoid high calorie foods..for detailed diet plan pls ping me
